24 Sep Harvest Ridge Luxury Orchard Estate Breaks Record with Final Price of $6.3M

At 11 o’clock Thursday morning, the clouds parted and the gates were opened at Harvest Ridge Luxury Orchard Estate where The Garage Sale team welcomed over one hundred and fifty guests to a live, unreserved real estate auction event. A progressive and compressed marketing campaign in conjunction with three months of due diligence, culminated with 10 registered bidders, a lively auction, and a record-breaking sale.

“In this short period of time that we’ve had this property consigned to auction (60 days) we’ve had over 150 inquiries and 60 people through the property. The 35-acre Estate was sold for a record hammer price of $5,775,000 and the final price before tax was $6,315,000 setting a new record for the highest price paid for an off the lake property listed in the Okanagan.
